Founded by Nathaniel Colby, Coastline Cocktails brings over 15 years of craft, creativity, and passion from the bar world directly to your event.
Nathaniel’s bartending journey began in 2009, working everywhere from bustling nightclubs and sleek martini bars to fine dining steakhouses, Italian restaurants, and even James Beard Award–winning establishments in Mystic, CT. Most recently, he served as Bar Director at The Shipwright’s Daughter—named a Top 50 restaurant in the USA and the #1 restaurant in Connecticut—where he oversaw an award-winning cocktail and mocktail program built on seasonality, innovation, and precision.
Along the way, Nathaniel has earned recognition in cocktail competitions, including placing 6th in the prestigious Best Manhattan of Manhattan tri-state competition—representing Connecticut as the only finalist—and reaching the semifinals in the global Cointreau Margarita Challenge.
With Coastline Cocktails, Nathaniel combines his fine dining expertise with his love of hospitality to create unforgettable bar experiences at weddings, private parties, and corporate events across southeastern Connecticut.
